Vincent Roméro is a brilliant osteopath, constantly funny, as if silence were impossible for him. By occupying the space, he ends up exhausting Camille, who leaves him. And the same evening, an absurd drama arises: at the restaurant, a friend dies, swept away by a fit of laughter. Vincent then understands that his humor can sometimes hurt to the irreparable.
